I know rotten is down and has been since 2012, but i want to take a look at the site because it was one of the original (shock sites) on the internet Does anybody remember or know what happened to the website rotten.com or rotton.com or something like that I was thinking the wayback machine but i do not know if there are any ways to access it on there.

Ive wanted to start reading this one for a while, bur where to strt reading after anime and where Rotten tomatoes makes everything one or the other, they aren’t consistent with their methodology & (as demonstrated in the original graphic for this post) it’s possible for a movie with worse reviews to get a substantially higher percentage rating on rotten tomatoes than another movie with much better reviews. The other issue though is, rotten tomatoes makes wholly arbitrary judgements about whether a review is positive or negative I think the people at rotten tomatoes are just being biased towards pixar, so they have a bunch of them rated extremely highly
Again, i'm not denying pixar's ability to make great movies, but they haven't made 11 movies that can be considered in the 300 best movies of all time.
