Ok so i just changed it to sky form shaymin and it boosted the cp, and i was able to change it right back to land form shaymin, and it went back down to the original cp. For its sky forme you need gracidea flower, and to obtain it you need to defeat falkner during the postgame, at one of the exits of power plant
