How can CashBackFortune help me earn cash for my online activities?

Advertisers pay CashBackFortune to find consumers like you. With each offer, survey, games, and emails you participate in, we receive payment and share the revenue we receive from advertisers with our Members.

What are the payment requirements?

Minimum $25 is required to claim your giftcard/cash. To claim a giftcard, your profile must be complete with valid information. Also a minimum of 3 surveys or offers must be completed for each cash out you request.

When do I get paid?

Users who meet our minimum payout requirement (only $25!) have their payments processed by the 20th of the following month. So, if you cash out in October, your payment will be processed in mid-November.

I do not see the credit for an assignment completed how do I resolve this?

First, please check your “Completed Offers” tab to see if you have been credited already. Usually your credit is added to your account automatically within a couple of hours upon successfully completing a survey or offer. Some may take a day or two. If your survey/offer credit has not been added, please open a support ticket below. Remember to keep all confirmation emails for completed offers and surveys as they will be needed to verify your credit.

I signed up, but did not receive my Confirmation Email?

Your Confirmation Email is sent immediately after you sign up for CashBackFortune. It may take a few minutes for the Confirmation Email to reach your Inbox.

If you have not received your Confirmation Email within a few minutes, please check your Junk or Bulk folder, as some email providers may automatically filter your Email. To ensure delivery of our Emails to your Inbox, please add emails@cashbackfortune.com to your email address book or contact list.

How do I cancel/unsubscribe my membership?

Why don’t I see a credit for opening and reviewing one of the emails?

Please check your credits under the “Completed Offers” tab. This will show all the credits you have received for Open Email Credit. Remember we only pay once per email opened and you may receive the same email more than once.

 

What is the method of payment?

We only process cash payments through PayPal. So if you do not have a PayPal account please create one at http://www.paypal.com and link your PayPal with the email address you have on file with CashBackFortune.

Our Second option is to make payments with a prepaid visa or mastercard.

How Can I Enter in The SweepStakes?

By signing up for CashBackFortune you are automatically entered into our SweepStakes. But to better your odds of winning we created the ticket system. Each 3 offers or surveys you complete gives you 1 ticket. Also each friend you refer to join CashBackFortune gets you 1 ticket.

When is The Next Drawing?

The next drawing for the Grand Prize vacation package will be May 15th 2016 and we are accepting entries until 11:59pm eastern time on May 14th, 2016.

How Will I Be Notified if I Win?

We may notify you by mail, email, or by phone. Only members with a valid profile on CashBackFortune will be eligible to win. So make sure you profile is updated with correct information.
